In the earlier days, children had to relocate to the cities to pursue higher education and a successful career. This was mainly due to the fact that most of the rural areas were devoid of proper educational facilities or settings to provide youngsters with ample opportunities. Quite often, youngsters had to migrate from their locations to metro cities for better education. However, this concept has evolved in the past few years. Today the rural youth can pursue higher education from any location in the world with the help of e-learning facilities.

With the assistance of distance education or e-learning, youngsters can easily complete even a PhD. Online learning has facilitated students to complete their educational qualifications for a better employment opportunity. Youngsters are able to stay in their homes and pursue their studies through online learning courses. This opportunity has proved to be quite beneficial to the students residing in backward areas. Moreover, online courses are considerably less expensive compared to the regular courses offered in colleges and universities. Students can pursue advanced education through e-learning courses in economically backward areas. E-learning also offers the opportunity to study and work at the same time which is quite beneficial to students residing in backward areas.
